Ingredients

50 ml brandy
25 ml Cointreau
1 oz lemon juice

Directions

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add all ingredients to the shaker and shake until well chilled.

Strain into a cocktail coup glass.

Chocolat a l’Orange

A cognac and aromatic wine cocktail with subtle orange and chocolate flavours.

Ingredients

50 ml cognac
15 ml Dubonnet Red
10 ml Grand Marnier
1 dash chocolate bitters
1 cinnamon stick and orange peel for garnish (optiona)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a jug and gently stir.

Strain into a large brandy balloon glass.

Add cinnamon stick and orange peel for garnish (optional).

Brandy Alexander

A Brandy Alexander is a brandy-based dessert cocktail consisting of cognac, crème de cacao, and cream.

Ingredients

35 ml cognac
25 ml dark creme de cacao
25 ml single cream
Ground nutmeg for garnish

Directions

Add cognac, dark creme de cacao and single cream to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with ground nutmeg.
