Making beautiful, handmade craft spirits is our passion. Every drop of Doc Porter's vodka, gin, bourbon and rye is made from scratch using locally-sourced grains from North Carolina.
We believe in integrity and supporting local farmers , which is why we don't re-bottle alcohol produced from the larger manufacturers (Bourbon or Grain Neutral Spirits). Every product we release is made from start to finish under our distillery roof, right here in Lower South End, Charlotte. We're hands-on in all steps of the process, from milling and mashing to fermentation and distillation.

Tours
Tour
$15
$15 tours are offered by reservation on Saturdays. These comprehensive tours last approximately 45 minutes and include a tour of the facility, an overview of the grain-to-glass process, and a tasting. If you have a voucher code of any kind, these apply to the tours. The booking calendar shows all available times up to 90 days in advance.
