Tour are usually available Wednesday (5:30pm), Saturday (2pm), or Sunday (12 noon). It includes a visit into the bonded area of the distillery where they produce and bottle our spirits. Learn about distilling whiskey, including operation of the still, making cuts, and storing spirits in barrel. Go hear the history and stories behind their products, and about new products to be released soon.
In the Speakeasy bar and Retail Shop, you will taste their spirits (must be 21 years old). Total time for the tour and tasting is about 1-1/2 hours.
