We are not sure exactly what we are. We are one part "Bottle Shop." One part "Souvenir Shop." One part "Gift Shop." Wait. We are the front end of North Carolina's 13th legal distillery, with some of the oldest barrel aged spirits in the region. Except we are anchored in a super quirky campus on the edge of town. That makes us a "venue." With our craft beers, our wines, our ciders, our spirits, and our specialty food items we are a hub of the local food economy. We are an accident. Nestled into an aging Cold War relic eco-industrial park, we are a destination. That's it. Come check us out. We are confused.

Go visit them in the Chatham Beverage District.
On Saturdays and Sundays they offer public tours of their distillery. Go learn about their ingredients, learn how spirits are made and aged and made available to the public.
