Creme de Menthe / coppr

Irish Eyes

1 oz Irish whiskey

¼ oz Creme de Menthe

2 oz cream

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Shake well.

Strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice.

1 part green crÃ¨me de menthe liqueur

1 part Irish cream liqueur

1 part Grand Marnier liqueur

Fill one third of a shot glass with the green crÃ¨me de menthe.

Float one third of a shot of Irish cream liqueur on top of the green crÃ¨me de menthe.

Float one third of a shot glass of Grand Marnier on top of the Irish cream liqueur.

1 part Creme de Menthe

1 part Amarula

Add one part Creme de Menthe to a shot glass.

Float one part Amarula o top of the Creme de Menthe.
