Ingredients
60 ml white rum
25 ml simple syrup
25 ml lime juice
Directions
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add all ingredients to the shaker and shake till well chilled.
Strain into a chilled coup glass.

15 ml orgeat syrup (amaretto can be used as a substitute)
