Mai Tai

 30 ml dark rum
 30 ml white rum
 15 ml Cointreau
 15 ml orgeat syrup (amaretto can be used as a substitute)
 30 ml lime juice

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add all ingredients to the shaker and shake till well chilled.

Strain into a chilled coup glass.
